These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern any video production, content strategy, or related services (the "Services") provided by Reda Studios LLC ("Reda Studios," "we," "us," or "our") to any individual or business ("Client," "you") who engages us via our website, Fiverr, email, or any other channel. By booking a call, submitting a qualification form, placing an order, or otherwise engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Reda Studios provides video sales letters (VSLs), short-form content, SaaS explainer videos, and related content strategy and production services. The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for each project are agreed upon individually with the Client before work begins, typically following a discovery call or qualification form submission.
2. Pricing & Payment
- Pricing is scoped per project based on length, complexity, and production requirements. Indicative price ranges for each service are published on our Pricing page.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects are billed on a 50/50 payment split: 50% due upfront before work begins, and the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final asset.
- Clients booking multiple videos in a single engagement may qualify for a bulk discount: 10% off when paid in full upfront, or 5% off on a split-payment plan.
- All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed.
- Work on a project begins only after the applicable upfront payment has been received.
3. Revisions
The number of included revision rounds is specified per project during scoping. Reasonable revision requests within the agreed scope are included at no extra cost. Requests that materially change the original scope (e.g. a new script direction, additional footage, or a different video length) may be treated as a new project or billed separately.
4. Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimates agreed upon at the start of a project and depend on the Client providing requested materials (footage, brand assets, feedback, approvals) in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client in providing materials or feedback may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
5. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to Reda Studios (footage, images, music, testimonials, brand assets, or written content) are either owned by the Client or properly licensed for use. The Client agrees to indemnify Reda Studios against any claims arising from the use of materials the Client has provided.
6. Ownership & Usage Rights
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership and usage rights to the final delivered video asset(s) for their intended business use. Reda Studios retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project start.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Reda Studios does not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as sales, conversion rates, or ROAS) resulting from the use of any delivered video, as these depend on factors outside our control, including the Client's offer, audience, and media spend. Our liability for any claim arising from our Services is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project in question.
9. Communication
Project communication is conducted primarily via email, and scheduled calls (via Calendly) where needed. Response times are typically within 24 hours on business days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Reda Studios LLC's state of registration, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
